  • 1 medium potato per person
  • 4 to 6 oz. ground beef per person
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • cheese

Directions

    Peel, boil and mash potatoes with a little milk.

    Brown ground beef and drain.

    Add flour to make a gravy.

    If too dry, add a little oil.

    Stir in milk.

    Gravy should be thick.

    Grease baking dish.

    Put meat on bottom of pan.

    Layer potatoes on top of meat. Bake at 350° until bubbly.

    Top with cheese.
