- 1 medium potato per person
- 4 to 6 oz. ground beef per person
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- cheese
Directions

1Peel, boil and mash potatoes with a little milk.

2Brown ground beef and drain.

3Add flour to make a gravy.

4If too dry, add a little oil.

5Stir in milk.

6Gravy should be thick.

7Grease baking dish.

8Put meat on bottom of pan.

9Layer potatoes on top of meat. Bake at 350° until bubbly.

10Top with cheese.
