Celery Seed Fruit Dressing

Directions

   Mix together sugar, dry mustard, salt, onion and 2 tablespoons of vinegar.

   Add the salad oil slowly, beating constantly.

   Add the remaining 3 tablespoons vinegar and the celery seed.

   Continue beating until dressing is thick.

   Makes about 1 1/2 cups dressing.

   May be used on lettuce salad.
