  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 3/4 c. coarsley chopped pecans
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar and baking powder.

    Fold in crushed crackers, pecans and vanilla.

    Pour into greased 9-inch pan and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

    When cool, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional chopped nuts.
