- 1/2 purple onion finely chopped
- 1 cup dices seeded tomato
- 1 Serrano chili pepper chopped fine - any pepper of your liking
- 2 tsp salt
- Dash tobasco sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cups fresh lime juice
- Fresh cilantro
Directions

1In zip lock bag, place all ingredients, pour lemon and lime juice over. Allow to sit in refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Massage the bag occasionally. Top with the fresh cilantro and serve with Tostito scoops.
