  • 2 pounds firm fish, shrimp, scallop cut in 1/2 pieces
  • 1/2 purple onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup dices seeded tomato
  • 1 Serrano chili pepper chopped fine - any pepper of your liking
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Dash tobasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups fresh lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro

    In zip lock bag, place all ingredients, pour lemon and lime juice over. Allow to sit in refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Massage the bag occasionally. Top with the fresh cilantro and serve with Tostito scoops.
