Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. any whitefish, cut in small cubes
  • 1 c. lime juice
  • 2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 long green, hot peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped
  • 2 small serrano peppers, chopped
  • 2 small cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and salt to taste.

    Marinate, stirring frequently, 1 hour or more.

    Serve chilled with crackers.
