Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Chopped Onion
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 whole Carrot, Diced
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cups Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cups Frozen Peas
  • 1/4 cups Frozen Corn
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce, Or Diced Tomatoes, Or Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 dash Ketchup To Taste
  • 1 dash Barbecue Sauce, To Taste
  • 2 cups Cooked Macaroni
  • Grated Cheese For Topping (optional)

Directions

    Dice onion, celery and carrot.

    In a large skillet, saute onion, carrot and celery in a few tablespoons of oil until soft.

    Brown ground beef until no longer pink.

    Drain fat.

    Add mushrooms, frozen veggies (you can substitute frozen mixed veggies if you wish) and cook until soft and heated through.

    Add tomatoes or tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, any seasonings you wish to add, and a couple of squeezes of ketchup and barbecue sauce.

    Stir to combine.

    Add the cooked macaroni noodles and stir until combined.

    You can top with grated cheese if youd like.

    You can also add or omit veggies if youd like.
