  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1 Salt
  • 1/4 cup Tomatillos
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 Jalapenos
  • 2 Chile serrano
  • 1 packages Tostadas

    Peel and wash shrimp.. Set in a deep dish

    Slightly steam cook jalapenos and chiles serranos

    Peel and steam cook tomatillos

    Put lemon juice, jalapenos, serranos, tomatillos, and cilantro (salt to taste) into a blender.

    Fully blend.

    Dice onion and cut avocados into cubes

    Pour blender contents onto shrimp, add onion and avocados.

    Let shrimp cook in the juice.

    Serve with tostadas
