Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chablis or 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 2 yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • 12 teaspoon chicken stock powder
  • 14 teaspoon dried basil
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

    In a frypan, heat the wine, add the onion and saute for 1 minute.

    Add the zucchini, squash & stock powder & saute for 3 mins or until just tender.

    Sprinkle with basil & pepper to serve.
