- 2 cup water
- 4 tea bags (black tea)
- 2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Directions

1Heat water to boiling; add tea bags reduce heat.

2Simmer 2 minutes.

3Remove tea bags.

4Stir in remaining ingredients.

5Heat to boiling.

6Stir with wire whisk to foam milk.

7Pour mixture into cups.

8* Prepare the tea up to 24 hours ahead; cover and refrigerate.
