- 3 lb. pork roast
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 small can whole green chilies, wash seeds out
- 1 lb. pinto beans
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Put all ingredients in crock-pot (slow cooker).

2Cover with water.

3Cook over low heat for 12 hours.

4Take bones out and break up roast meat.

5Cook another 12 hours.

6Serve over Fritos with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, olives, sour cream and salsa.
