- 3 lb. pork roast, cut in bite size pieces
- 1 lb. pinto beans, soaked in water overnight
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies
- 1 (12 oz.) jar mild chunky salsa
- salt to taste
- corn chips
- shredded cheese
- chopped tomatoes
- shredded lettuce
Directions

1Mix first 9 ingredients together.

2Place in slow cooker. Cover with water (reduce water slightly if beans are presoaked). Cover cooker.

3Cook on high for 5 hours.

4Serve in layers of corn chips, meat mixture, cheese, tomato, lettuce and taco sauce. Yields 15 servings.
