  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 1 small can mild green chilies, diced
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 12 corn tortilla strips
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix soup, cooked chicken, chilies, sour cream, milk and onions.

    Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with Pam and layer tortilla strips over bottom.

    Add half of chicken mixture.

    Cover with half of grated cheese.

    Repeat layers.

    Bake in 350° oven, covered, for 45 minutes.

    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer until cheese turns bubbly.
