- 1 boned and diced, boiled chicken
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 3/4 c. grated Jack cheese
- 4 oz. chopped green chilies
- 4 oz. sliced olives or more to taste
- 2 sliced green onions or more to taste
Directions

1Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, chilies, olives and green onions together.

2Save 2 cups aside.

3Add diced chicken.

4Spoon chicken mixture into flour tortillas and roll up.

5Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan seam side down.

6Spread reserved sauce over the top. Sprinkle with additional sliced olives, sliced green onions and grated Cheddar cheese to taste.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
