Ingredients

  • 1 boned and diced, boiled chicken
  • 1 doz. flour tortillas
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. grated Jack cheese
  • 4 oz. chopped green chilies
  • 4 oz. sliced olives or more to taste
  • 2 sliced green onions or more to taste

Directions

    Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, chilies, olives and green onions together.

    Save 2 cups aside.

    Add diced chicken.

    Spoon chicken mixture into flour tortillas and roll up.

    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan seam side down.

    Spread reserved sauce over the top. Sprinkle with additional sliced olives, sliced green onions and grated Cheddar cheese to taste.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
