  • 1 cup champagne or 1 cup ginger ale
  • 12 lb white grapes, halved
  • 8 ounces chopped walnuts
  • 1 lb strawberry, halved
  • 1 lb chopped rhubarb
  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese

    Boil 1 cup hot water and stir in jello mix.

    Then add the Champange.

    mix well and then mix in the ricotta and fruit and nuts.

    Chill at least 1 hour.
