  • 12 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 14 cup orange juice
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

    Cream the margarine in a mixer on a medium setting and then slowly add the sugar.

    Add the eggs, orange juice and vanilla extract.

    Combine the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl and add to the margarine mixture.

    Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (up to two days).

    Roll out chilled dough on slightly floured surface and cut into shapes.

    Place on greased and floured cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
