- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. cold water
Directions

1Mix thoroughly, the flour, salt and oil.

2Add enough water to make a soft bread-like dough.

3Divide into 8 balls and roll out thin; it will be about 8 inches in diameter.

4Bake on a hot griddle or skillet a few minutes on each side.

5May be spread with margarine and filled with rice, beans or any desired filling and rolled up, or eaten as is.

6Makes 8 Chapattis.
