  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 4 teaspoons cold water
  • 1/2 pint (8 ounces) heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar

Directions

    Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Place over hot water to dissolve.

    Beat heavy cream until it starts to thicken. While still beating pour gelatin mixture into the cream in a very thin stream.

    Add confectioners sugar and continue beating until stiff enough to retain swirls. Do not over beat
