- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. medium to large shrimp, rinsed (but shells left on)
Directions

1Put shrimp in a mixing bowl and pour marinade over them. Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.

2Have charcoal cooker hot and put shrimp on, cooking for only 1 or 2 minutes on each side.

3Use tongs for turning.

4This dish is a fabulous appetizer, but a great main course with a good salad and au gratin potatoes.
