- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 c. Chardonnay
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt, oregano and thyme or 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. crushed hot pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 lb. shelled raw large shrimp
Directions

1Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

2Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in wine, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.

3Bring to a boil. Stir about 3 to 4 minutes, while simmering. Serve in wide, shallow bowls with cooking juices. Serve with French bread to soak up juices.
