Charles' Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 stick light margarine
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (sharp or regular)
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. celery slices
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth (optional)
  • 1/2 c. green olives (optional)
  • spaghetti noodles

Directions

    Boil chicken; let cool.

    Saute onions, celery and green peppers in a large skillet with margarine.

    Add Velveeta and soups; do not add water!

    Let simmer on low.

    Boil spaghetti.

    Bone chicken and add to soup mixture.

    Serve over spaghetti.
