Vegetable Calzones

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 container (15 oz.) low-fat Ricotta
- 1/4 c. Parmesan
- 4 oz. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
- 1 loaf (1 lb.) bread dough
Directions

1In small skillet melt butter over medium heat.

2Add onion and garlic.

3Cook and stir about 3 minutes.

4Squeeze liquid from spinach, then chop.

5In medium bowl combine onion mixture, spinach and cheese.

6Cut dough crosswise into 6 equal pieces.

7On lightly floured surface roll and fill.

8Place calzones on ungreased baking sheet.

9Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
