  • 1/3 cup hot lemon juice
  • 2/3 pint of whipped cream (still need to make it)
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cold lemon juice
  • 1 cup of cold orange juice
  • 5 egg whites (beaten stiff)
  • Grand Marine or Coinage (optional)
