- 18 oz. butter
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 9 lemons
Directions

1Wipe lemons and grate the rinds.

2Melt butter in a double boiler; add sugar, lemon juice and grated rinds.

4Add the beaten eggs and stir often until it thickens.

5Pour into jars and cool.
