- 1 c. milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
- 1 pt. cream
- 12 to 15 graham crackers
Directions

1Put in double boiler milk, gelatine, 2 egg yolks, sugar and salt.

2Cook until thick (not too thick).

3Let stand until almost cold.

4Next, whip the cream and mix with custard.

5Then beat the 2 egg whites and fold this all together.

6Roll graham crackers and put in square pan or pie tins.

7Pour custard on top of graham cracker crumbs, then sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs.

8Cool in refrigerator until serving time.
