  • 2 c. white frosting (color frosting blue, using green and yellow food coloring)
  • 2 black jelly beans
  • 1 red licorice whip
  • 1 tube white decorator frosting

    Frost cake with blue frosting.

    Using tube of white decorator frosting, pipe 4 concentric circles, about 1 inch apart and a dot in the center of the cake.

    Using spatula or tip of knife, draw through circles at regular intervals, alternating direction each time.

    Place jelly beans for spider's body and head on cake.

    Cut 8 licorice whip pieces; curve and arrange for legs.
