  • 2 chayotes
  • 2 tablespoons slivered red onions
  • finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • chopped fresh hot chili pepper

Directions

    Peel chayotes and cut in half lengthwise.

    Scoop out seeds, then cut flesh into thin slices.

    In a bowl, combine chayotes, red onion and cilantro.
