- 2/3 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 3 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can or c. blueberries, drained
Directions

1Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.

3Sift flour, baking powder and salt.

4Add milk when well blended; add the blueberries.

5Bake in greased pan (muffin tin) at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
