  • 2/3 c. shortening
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 heaping tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can or c. blueberries, drained

Directions

    Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.

    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.

    Add milk when well blended; add the blueberries.

    Bake in greased pan (muffin tin) at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
