- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Kraft sharp natural Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. squeeze Parkay margarine
- 1 1/2 c. chopped, peeled apple
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients.

2Add combined eggs, milk and oil; mix well.

3Stir in remaining ingredients.

4Spoon into well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

6Let stand 5 minutes.
