Cheddar Bacon Pancake Bites

- 1 cup Bisquick
- 12 cup milk
- 14 cup real maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 14 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1 oz)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Lightly spray 16 to 18 mini muffin cups, 12 regular muffin cups, or 8 inch pie plate with cooking spray.

3In large bowl, stir together Bisquick, milk, maple syrup and egg.

4Add bacon and cheese; stir just until combined.

5A few lumps may remain.

6Pour batter evenly into muffin cups or pie plate.

7Bake 10 to 15 minutes for mini muffins, 20-25 minutes for regular muffins or pie plate, or until tops are light golden brown and spring back when lightly touched.

8Cool in pan 5 minutes.

9Remove from muffin cups to serving plates.

10Serve warm or at room temperature drizzled with maple syrup or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
