  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. diced pimento
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. snipped parsley or walnuts

Directions

    Bring Cheddar cheese and cream cheese to room temperature. Add milk, green onion, pimento and Worcestershire sauce to cheeses.

    Cover after shaping into a ball.

    Chill 4 to 24 hours.
