- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 cup beer
- 14 cup beer
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 clove garlic
- 12 small gherkins
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
Directions

1Place 8 oz cream cheese and 1/2 cup beer into blender container.

2Cover and blend on high for 8 seconds.

3Add 1/4 cup beer, Cheddar cheese and garlic.

4Cover and blend for 20 seconds more or until smooth.

5Add gerkins and poppy seeds.

6Cover and blend for 2 seconds more only.

7Place in sealed container.

8Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
