- 1 pkg. nut or date quick bread mix
- 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Grease bottoms only of 15 muffin cups or line.

3In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

4Stir by hand 60 strokes. Divide batter among 15 cups. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
