  • 1 pkg. nut or date quick bread mix
  • 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Grease bottoms only of 15 muffin cups or line.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

    Stir by hand 60 strokes. Divide batter among 15 cups. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
