Cheddar Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. bottled chili sauce
Directions

1Cut cabbage into 8 wedges, leaving a portion of the core. Steam wedges in boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp-tender.

2Drain; remove core.

3Place wedges in a greased 3-quart dish.

4In medium saucepan, saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender.

5Stir in flour, salt and pepper and cook until bubbly.

6Gradually add milk; cook and stir until thickened. Pour over cabbage.

7Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 15 minutes.
