Cheddar Cabbage Wedges

- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. or 3 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
Directions

1Cook cabbage in salted water 12 minutes or until tender; drain. Place wedges in 13 x 9-inch pan.

2In saucepan, cook green peppers and onion in butter until tender.

3Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once.

4Cook and stir until thickened.

5Pour over cabbage.

6Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
