- 1 onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 6 oz. Longhorn cheese, grated
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender (crisp). Saute onion in butter. Add carrots and rest of ingredients. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
