  • 1 1/2 lb. sliced carrots
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 oz. Longhorn cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)

Directions

    Cook carrots until tender (crisp). Saute onion in butter. Add carrots and rest of ingredients. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
