- 2 c. flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. shredded low-fat Cheddar
- 1 Egg Beaters
- 1 c. Skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. melted reduced fat margarine
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients and cheese.

2In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients.

3Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.

4Spread batter in loaf pan sprayed with Pam.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Cool in pan 10 minutes.

7Remove and cool 10 more minutes.

8Serve warm.
