Cheddar Cheese Dip

- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 c. beer
- 1 pkg. wine spread cheddar cheese, soft
- 1 loaf pumpernickel or rye bread (round), unsliced
Directions

1Make sure cream cheese and cheddar cheese are soft before starting.

2Cut off an end of the bread and hollow out center, saving all pieces.

3Mix together all other ingredients and put in hollowed-out bread.

4Place end back on bread and serve.

5Break off pieces of bread and dip in cheese mixture.

6As pieces are used up, break up end of bread and sides of loaf to dip in cheese.
