  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 (13 1/3 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise salad dressing

Directions

    In medium saucepan combine gelatin and water.

    Heat and stir until gelatin dissolves.

    Beat in sour cream and mayonnaise.

    Stir in undrained pineapple.

    Chill until partially set.

    Fold in cheese.

    Pour in ring or container and allow to mold.
