  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (12-ounce) bottle Irish stout beer
  • 1 cup grated Irish cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup Irish butter, melted
