  • 1 box Pillsbury white (pudding in the mix) cake mix
  • 1 box Pillsbury vanilla (pudding in the mix) cake mix
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 fresh peaches, sliced and diced (3 c.)
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar

    Mix fruit, tapioca and sugar; set aside.

    Combine the two cake mixes.

    Add oil, eggs and water and mix well by hand.

    Add fruit mixture and blend well.

    (Mixture will be thick and sticky.) Spoon into greased and floured pans (4 round or 2 rectangular) and spread evenly.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
