Cheddar Crab Meats

  • 1 pkg. English muffins
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Kraft Cheez Whiz
  • 1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Melt margarine in saucepan; add onion and allow onion to slightly brown.

    Add Cheez Whiz and allow to melt.

    Crumble crab meat into mixture and stir.

    Take off heat.

    Split and toast English muffins.

    Spread mixture on muffins.

    These can be cooked immediately, refrigerated or frozen.

    When frozen, the muffins can be cut easier in half or even fourths.

    Cook in oven at 350° for 10 minutes, 20 minutes if frozen.
