- 2 self-rising flour *
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- margarine
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp. dill weed
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
Directions

1In a large bowl combine flour and sugar.

2Cut in butter until crumbly; stir in the cheese and dill.

3In a small bowl, beat egg and milk; pour into dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.

4(Batter will be very thick.)

5Pour into a greased 8x4x2-inch loaf pan.

6Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until bread tests done.

7Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing.
