Cheddar-Dill Popovers

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. Gold Medal flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

Directions

    Heat oven to 450°.

    Generously grease 8 medium muffin cups. Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl.

    Stir in remaining ingredients with fork, just until smooth (do not overbeat).

    Fill muffin cup 3/4 full.

    Bake 25 minutes.

    Decrease oven temperature to 350°. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until deep golden brown.

    Remove from cups immediately.

    Serve hot.
