- 2 eggs
- 1 c. Gold Medal flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Generously grease 8 medium muffin cups. Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl.

3Stir in remaining ingredients with fork, just until smooth (do not overbeat).

4Fill muffin cup 3/4 full.

5Bake 25 minutes.

6Decrease oven temperature to 350°. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until deep golden brown.

7Remove from cups immediately.

8Serve hot.
