- 1-1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients together and mix well.

2Pat meat mixture into an 14 x 8 rectangle on foil or wax paper.

3Combine cheese, bread crumbs, green pepper and water and spread over meat mixture.

4Roll meat up, starting at narrow end.

5Chill several hours or overnight.

6Slice into 6 to 8 servings.

7Lay flat in shallow pan or cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
