- 1/3 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 green onion, chopped (about 2 tsp.)
- 1 dash pepper
- 3 c. stiff, seasoned mashed potatoes
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine soup, sour cream, onion and pepper.
