- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and salt; shape into 16 meatballs.

2In skillet, brown meatballs (use shortening if necessary); pour off fat.

3Stir in soup, water and parsley. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.

4Stir occasionally.

5Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
