- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture. Stir until moistened.

2Don't overmix.

3Spoon into greased muffin pans, 2/3 full. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Remove from pans immediately. Makes 1 dozen.
