Ingredients

  • 2 c. regular flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture. Stir until moistened.

    Don't overmix.

    Spoon into greased muffin pans, 2/3 full. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Remove from pans immediately. Makes 1 dozen.
