- 1 stick Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons American-style (yellow) Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, Sliced
- 1 whole Skin On Salmon Fillet

1First, make the sauce:

2Combine all the ingredients except the salmon in a saucepan over low heat.

3Simmer until the butter is melted and the flavors are well blended, about 15 minutes.

4In the meantime, start your grill.

5We use a charcoal Weber, but I guess you could use a gas grill, just as long as it has a cover.

6When the coals are HOT, brush the salmon fillet with a generous amount of sauce.

7Put the salmon skin side down on the grill and cover.

8Cook for 8 -10 minutes (we like ours on the medium rare side).

9Uncover the grill and slide a large spatula between the skin and the meat.

10Leaving the skin on the grill, remove it onto a platter.
