Cheddar Potato Bake

  • 1 (32 oz.) frozen bag hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Thaw potatoes.

    Mix soups and sour cream in saucepan.

    Add cheese and 1 can of milk.

    Sprinkle salt, pepper and onion flakes over potato and cheese mixture.

    Stir well and put into 9 x 13 baking pan and top with shredded Cheddar.

    Bake until golden brown and bubbly at 350°, about 30 minutes.
