- 1 (32 oz.) frozen bag hash brown potatoes
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Thaw potatoes.

2Mix soups and sour cream in saucepan.

3Add cheese and 1 can of milk.

4Sprinkle salt, pepper and onion flakes over potato and cheese mixture.

5Stir well and put into 9 x 13 baking pan and top with shredded Cheddar.

6Bake until golden brown and bubbly at 350°, about 30 minutes.
