- 32 oz. shredded or chopped hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated or Velveeta
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped (optional)
Directions

1Mix above ingredients together.

2For topping, mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted margarine together and sprinkle over top of potato mixture.

3Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.
